Instructions: Scrub potatoes thoroughly with a stiff brush. Cut potatoes into halves or quarters. In a large saucepan cook potatoes in a small amount of boiling, lightly salted water for 15 to 20 minutes or till tender; drain.
Cook the onion in margarine till tender. Stir in flour, pepper, and salt. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 minute more. Stir in mustard and horseradish. Pour sauce over potatoes, tossing gently to coat. Email this Recipe:
