Recipe for Mustard Wheat Rye Sandwich Bread

1 cup	warm water (110 degrees)
1/2 cup	Dijon mustard
2 tbl	olive oil
1/2 tbl	molasses
2 cup	unbleached white flour
2/3 cup	rye flour
2/3 cup	whole-wheat flour
1/2 tbl	gluten

Instructions:

Instructions: Place all the ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the machines manufacturer. Select Basic or White Bread setting, and start the machine.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.

Comments: This is a great sandwich bread.

Makes a great grilled cheese or Rueben sandwich.

Yield: 1 loaf
