Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 x egg yolks
3 tsp mustard, whole grain
1 tsp sugar (caster)
1 tsp garlic, crushed
1 tbl lemon juice
1 tbl fresh herbs, chopped
1/4 cup white vinegar
Instructions:
Instructions: Place all ingredients except olive oil in a bowl and whisk well. Gradually whisk in oil in a thin stream.

Dressing should be creamy.

Serve with cold chicken salads.
