Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 x 600 gram pac lamb riblets
2 tbl Smooth Dijon mustard
2 tbl Grainy mustard
1 x 15 grams pac fresh thyme, finely chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Place the riblets in a non-metallic dish.

Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and pour/brush over. Leave to marinade for 1-2 hours or overnight.

Preheat a grill to a moderate heat and cook for 15-18 minutes. Serve immediately with a salad.

NOTES : A quick and easy to make marinade comprising of mustards and thyme.Requires 12 hours or overnight marinading
