Instructions: Serves 4. VEGAN
Place carrots, wine or water and juice concentrate in covered saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, until liquid evaporates and carrots are tender, about 15 minutes. Transfer carrots to side plate. Add mustard and brown sugar to hot pan.
