Ingredients:

6 qt Tomatoes
3 med Onions
4 tbl Salt
4 cup White sugar
1/2 tsp Cayenne
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions:
Instructions: Skin tomatoes. Put everything in a large kettle and boil until thick, stirring often so it doesnt stick. Put in sterilized jars and seal.

Boiling takes a couple of hours until it is good and thick. Taste when its pretty well done and add sugar or vinegar to taste.

Makes about 6 pints.
