Instructions: Skin tomatoes. Put everything in a large kettle and boil until thick, stirring often so it doesnt stick. Put in sterilized jars and seal.
Boiling takes a couple of hours until it is good and thick. Taste when its pretty well done and add sugar or vinegar to taste. Makes about 6 pints. Email this Recipe:
