Amount	Ingredient
1 x	pineapple supreme cake mix
4 x	eggs
1 bot	7-up (10 oz.)
1 box	pineapple cream pudding (instant)
3/4 cup	crisco oil Icing:
1/2 cup	sugar
1 stk	butter or margarine
1 lrg	can crushed pineapple undrained
2 cup	coconut (to 3 cups)
2 x	eggs

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all ingredients for cake EXCEPT 7 UP. Beat 1 1/2 minutes. Add 7-UP, beat additional 30 to 45 seconds. Using 18x19x2" oblong baking pan, bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes. Do NOT remove from pan.

ICING: Mix all ingredients except coconut. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in coconut. Let cool. Leave cake in pan, let cool, then spread icing on top. Cut and serve directly from pan. This is a very moist cake.
