Chopped jalapenos (I like the pickled nacho slices, diced) as much as you dare but not enough so you cant enjoy the taste of the salsa |

Fresh garlic, about 1/2 - 1 teaspoon minced very fine or use a garlic press |

Diced fresh cilantro (optional) (up to 2) |

Freshly ground black pepper, a few grinds |
Instructions:
Instructions: Chill for at least an hour. Serve with baked tortilla chips.
