3 cup	Sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 cup	Sugar
2 x	Eggs, beaten
1 tbl	Vanilla
1/2 cup	Butter
	----------------- TOPPING ----------------
1 cup	Brown sugar
1/3 cup	Flour
1/3 cup	Butter

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix first 5 ingredients with a fork and pour into buttered casserole dish.

You can use spray for the dish. Sprinkle with topping and bake 30 minutes at 350 .

Topping:Mix and sprinkle over top of potatoes.
