Ingredients:

2 lb round steak, cut 1/2 inch thick
3 tbl butter
1/2 cup onions
1/2 lb mushroom, sliced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 x clove garlic, minced
1 tbl worcestershire sauce
4 tbl tomato sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut the steak into strips 1 1/2 inches long by 1/4 inch wide.

Melt the butter in a skilelt, saute the onions 5 minutes, add the meat and let brown.

Mix the mushrooms, salt, pepper, garlic, worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce. Cover and cook over low heat 30 minutes or until the meat is tender. Just before serving mix in the sour cream. heat, but do not boil.

Serve with rice or noodles
