Ingredients:

3 lb chuck roast
celery *see Note
1/2 x onion (to 1) quartered
1 x bell peppers (to 2)
potatoes *see Note
carrots *see Note
Instructions:
Instructions: Cube roast into approximately 1 1/2 inch chunks and brown the outside only in pan coated with cooking spray. Place in pot (with a thick bottom) top with vegetables. Pour tomato sauce over all. Cover and cook on high for about 3 minutes than for 1 hour on low. Keep covered. Do not uncover during cooking process! Great served over white rice.

NOTES :
*Amounts for vegetables are to your taste, chop all in big chunks. Potatoes should be chopped into bigger chunks than the veggies.
