1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 x cloves garlic peeled, mashed
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp oregano
----------------- Chicken ----------------
Flour for dredging
8 x bone-in chicken breasts skin removed washed and patted dry
3 tbl butter
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. In a small bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients; set aside.

Place the flour in a shallow dish or pie plate and dredge the chicken pieces in it. Shake off the excess flour. In a larger skillet, melt the butter with the olive oil over medium heat. Add the floured chicken pieces to the skillet and brown on all sides.

Place the browned chicken pieces in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Cover and bake at least 35 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove from the oven and serve.

Makes 8 pieces chicken.
