Instructions: Combine 1st 3 ingred. in bowl, set aside.
Combine dry ingreds in bowl. Add eggs & buttermilk, stirring until ingreds are moistened. Add Bran misture and raisins, mix well. Fill greased tins 2/3 full. Bake 400 degrees 15-20 minutes NOTE: these muffins freeze well! Everytime I make them, they disappear before I ever get a chance to freeze any. So I have learned to double the recipe. These are definitely Tried and Loved!! It took me many tries at adjusting the recipe, before I got them just right. I hope you enjoy them. Email this Recipe:
