Instructions: 1. Beat egg in medium bowl. add sugars, vanilla, salt, flour and baking powder and mix well. Stir in apples and pecans.

2. Spread ingredients into grease 9-inch pie plate.

3. Bake at 350 F for 1/2 hour. serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
