1/4 cup	Olive oil
2 tbl	Balsamic vinegar
2 tbl	Chopped fresh basil, or 1 tsp dried
1 tsp	Dried oregano
1/2 tsp	Salt

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all ingredients and chill. Serve over Mesclun mix.

Betsys Notes: I added 1/4 tsp of sugar and a few sprinkles of garlic powder.
