1 x Round of noodles
1 whl lobster, (alive)
2 x Inches sliced ginger
3 x Cloves sliced garlic
2 tsp Wine
1 tbl Oyster sauce
1 whl chilli paste
1/2 tbl Oil
1 tbl Sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Soak the noodles in boiling water for 1 minutes. Drain in a colander and rinse well with cold water. Squeeze out excess water. Clean the lobster and cut into pieces. Slice the ginger and garlic.

Put the oil on a high heat and add the garlic and ginger. Add the lobster and give a good stir then add stock. Cook for 10 minutes and remove to a plate. Leave the gravy in the wok and add the remaining ingredients. Stir for 5 minutes and put back the lobster and noodles. Stir well then remove to a plate. Serve hot.
