1 cup plus 2 tbsps. butter or margarine
1/4 cup sugar
5 sqr semisweet chocolate
1 x egg beaten
2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup shredded coconut
2 tsp instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: In a double boiler, melt 1/2 cup of the butter, all the sugar and one square of chocolate. Add beaten egg and cook 5 minutes longer. Mix in graham cracker crumbs, nuts and coconut. Press mixture into a 9-inch square pan. Chill 15 minutes. Cream 1/2 cup of the butter, the pudding mix, powdered sugar and milk. Spread over first layer and chill. Melt the remaining 4 squares of chocolate and the 2 tablespoons butter. Spread over first two layers and chill.

After 15 minutes, or before chocolate layer hardens completely, cut into small squares or chocolate will crack. Store in refrigerator or freezer. Can be frozen.
