1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup White Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 lrg Egg
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Flour(1/2 c. more if needed)
Instructions:
Instructions: Cream Butter. Beat in Sugar. Add other ingredients. Arrange in spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet 2" apart. Press flat with fork in an X , dipping in sugar after each cookie. Bake 350 F for 10 min., or done to your liking.
