4 cup cooked pinto beans
1 x (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 sm jar picante sauce
2 lb ground beef
----------------- Fry Bread: ----------------
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup water
4 tsp baking powder
Instructions:
Instructions: Brown meat. Add meat to bean mixture and simmer about 30 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed. Spoon meat mixture over fry bread and top with choice of grated cheese, lettuce, onion, tomatoes and avocados.

Fry Bread: Mix everything together. Cover and let set 15 minutes. Fill heavy skillet 1 to 1 1/2-inches deep with shortening and let it get very hot. Knead large spoonful of dough with enough flour to roll. Roll into size of saucer.

Punch hole in center about the size of a penny and place in hot shortening. Fry until light brown and turn over once. Drain and serve hot.
