8 med potatoes
1/2 cup skim milk
8 oz fat-free cream cheese
12 oz fat-free sour cream
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Peel and boil potatoes until tender. Add milk, fat-free cream cheese, fat-free sour cream and garlic powder. Mash until smooth. Scoop into a casserole dish. Top with paprika. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

This recipe yields 8 servings.

NOTES : Diabetics or those following calorie-controlled diets may count one serving as: 1 1/2 starch and 1 skim milk exchange.
