Instructions: Gently cook peaches in covered saucepan until tender. Mix flour and sugar and add to peaches with butter. Pour into 9-10 inch Pyrex pie pan. 1 cup flour, sifted 1/2 t. salt 1/2 cup Crisco 4 T. milk
Blend first 3 until like coarse meal. Add milk until dough forms. Chill. Roll out and cut into lattice strips. Arrange on peaches, pour 1/2 stick melted butter over the top. Bake at 375x 30 minutes. Email this Recipe:
