1 stk margarine
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 tbl vinegar
2 x eggs
1 cup sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt margarine. Add coconut, raisins, pecans and vinegar.

Beat eggs and sugar together. Add to margarine mixture. Beat well. Pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
