1/2 cup Fresh parsley leaves
1/3 cup Fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 cup Chopped green onions
1/2 tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp Ground cumin
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Crushed coriander
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 x Cloves garlic
2 tbl Fresh lemon juice
1 tbl Plain nonfat yogurt
Instructions:
Instructions: Place all ingredients in food processor, and process until smooth.

Yield: 2
cups (serving size: 1/4 cup).

Serving Ideas : Serve with pretzels or fat-free chips.
