Instructions: Mix sugar and cocoa together in a microwave safe bowl. Place butter around outside edges. Pour in milk. Do not stir. Microwave on high until completely hot and bubbly. About 4 minutes. Do not undercook or fudge will be grainy. Add vanilla, beat well and pour into a greased 8X8 pan. Allow to firm before cutting.
