1 tbl cornstarch
6 tbl sugar
1/2 cup water
1 pch salt
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix cornstarch, sugar, salt and water in a pan; cook until clear. Cool.

Beat egg whites until frothy. Slowly, pour cooked mixture over whites while beating. Continue beating about 5 minutes. Add vanilla. Pile on top of filled pie. Brown in oven.
