Instructions: Put potatoes, 1 cup water and 2 teaspoons of salt in pan. Cover and bring to a boil. Lower heat. Cook for 10 minutes until tender. Drain. Make white saucei n Microwave from margarine, flour, salt, pepper and scalded milk.
