Instructions: Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion, green and red peppers and cook, stirring until slightly softened, about 3 to 4 minutes. Add rice, broth and water. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender, about 15 minutes.
