In small bowl, with fork, mix oleo, chopped chives, salt, grated lemon peel, and ground black pepper until well blended. Cover and refrigerate if not using right away. In a 4-quart saucepan or Dutch oven over high heat, heat potatoes and enough water to cover to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 12 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender. Drain. Return potatoes to saucepan; gently toss with lemon-chive butter to coat potatoes well. Spoon potatoes into serving bowl. Garnish with lemon slices and c hives. Makes 6 servings. Email this Recipe:
