Instructions: Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes. Cook in rapidly boiling water. Drain well in strainer. Return to pot and mash.
(You may have to add a little moisture, depending on the dryness of the potatoes). Add balance of ingredients except yogurt and mash again. Then stir in yogurt. Reheat over simmering water and serve. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
