1/4 tsp	onion powder
1/4 tsp	freshly-ground black pepper
1 pch	dried basil

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix with an electric mixer for about 30 seconds. Chill the dressing for a couple hours before serving.
