Instructions: Mix vegetable oil, salt, lemon juice, nutmeg and sugar. Add eggs, milk and flour sifted with baking powder and soda. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Gently press each cookie flat with the bottom of a glass that has been moistened and dipped in sugar. Bake in 375-degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown around edges. Do not overbake.

When cool, use decorator icing to write "100" on each cookie, in honor of the Century Celebration.
