Instructions: Rub a salad bowl with the garlic saving some for later.
Boil the potatoes until tender then drain cool and slice. Add the green beans to the pan for the last 3 minutes and drain with the potatoes. Toss with half the dressing and season lightly. Boil the eggs for 8 minutes drain run under cold water then peel and cut in quarters. Mix the salad leaves salad onions parsley and herbs if using with the rest of the dressing in the salad bowl. Chop the tomatoes into chunks and mix into the salad bowl along with the potatoes and beans. Flake the fish into chunks and scatter into the bowl.
