Instructions: Mix sugar, cocoa, and milk. add margarine and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and beat in remaining ingredients.
Lay out on counter new foil, enouth to put cookies on. Drop 1 teaspon on foil and let stand till its gets hard and dry. Makes about 60 cookies. Email this Recipe:
