Instructions: Happy Mothers Day! My husband made these bars last night. They are so good and unfortunately we have been eating them all day. He got the recipe from Wingert from Panama, Iowa.
In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients; set aside. In a saucepan, bring corn syrup and sugar to a boil, stirring frequently. Remove from the heat; stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour over cereal mixture and toss to coat evenly. Spread into a greased 15X10X1 baking pan. Cool. Cut into bars. Yield: 15 bars Email this Recipe:
