1 pkt graham crackers - (16 oz) crushed
2 ct candied cherries - (6 oz ea) coarsely chopped
(1 container each of red and green)
1 ct candied pineapple - (6 oz) coarsely chopped
2 can sweetened condensed milk - (14 oz ea)
Instructions:
Instructions: Line a 9- by 5-inch loaf pan with plastic wrap, allowing the wrap to overlap the edges a few inches.

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly with your clean hands. Place the mixture in the lined pan and cover well. Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight before serving.

When ready to serve, invert onto a serving platter, remove the pan and plastic wrap, and slice. Store any remaining cake in the freezer.

This recipe yields 18 servings.

Comments: You can use mixed candied fruit instead of the cherries and pineapple. In fact, any other candied fruit works just as well.
