Instructions: In small bowl, combine cookie crumbs and sugar and butter. Press firmly onto bottom of 9 inch spring form pan. Place in freezer for at least 10 minutes.
Key Lime Yogurt Cheesecake Filling: 1 envelope unflavored gelatin 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup boiling water 2 packages (8 ounces each) nonfat cream cheese 2 cartons (8 ounces each) Fosters Key Lime Pie fat-free yogurt Mix gelatin and sugar in small bowl; add boiling water and stir until gelatin completely dissolves, about 5 minutes. Using an electric mixer beat cream cheese until light; add yogurt, beating until creamy and light. Slowly pour in gelatin and continue beating until thoroughly blended. Pour into prepared crust.
