8 x	Boneless chicken thighs, cut into large pieces
4 oz	Soy sauce
1/2 x	-(up to)
3/4 cup	Brown sugar
1/2 tsp	Garlic powder
1 tsp	Ginger powder
2 tbl	Onion flakes
3/8 cup	Lowfat chicken broth
1/2 cup	White wine or Sherry
1 x	-(up to)

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all marinade ingredients and pour over chicken. Marinate overnight.

Bake at 325F, basting frequently for 1 or until well browned. If you double the recipe make sure that the chicken is in a single layer.
