Instructions: Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in an 8 or 9 inch square microwave baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl and stir into flour mixture. Microwave on High 6-7 minutes (until the cake tests done), rotating 1/4 turn twice. Cool for 10 minutes, then place on wire rack.
