Instructions: In large mixing bowl combine sugar, butter and milk. Cook, uncovered, 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in chocolate until melted. Add marshmallow creme, nuts and vanilla; mix well. Pour into greased 13x9 pan.

Cool; cut in squares. This sure-to-please fudge takes about 10 minutes plus cooking time.
