3 lb venison cut 1" chunks
2 x yellow onions diced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
1 lrg can tomato sauce
4 x celery sticks diced
1/2 x cabbage head chopped
3 x tomatoes chopped
1 tsp soy sauce
1 dsh Liquid Smoke
1 dsh taco sauce
1/2 cup dry red wine (optional)
1 pkt chicken gravy mix
1 pkt brown gravy mix
1 pkt Au Jus mix
1 can corn
1 x green pepper diced
3 x potatoes diced
Instructions:
Instructions: Place venison, onions, salt, garlic salt, pepper, tomato sauce, celery and cabbage in pan or slow cooker, and cook 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

Add tomatoes, soy sauce, Liquid Smoke, taco sauce, wine, all package mixes, corn, and green peppers and cook another 45 minutes.

Add potatoes and carrots, and cook an additional 20 to 30 minutes until potatoes are tender.

This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
