Blend all ingredients well and press into the bottom of a 9-inch casserole dish that has been sprayed with non-fat cooking spray. Filling: Beat all filling ingredients together until smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool. Topping: Spread cooled cheesecake with cherry pie filling. Top with Cool Whip, and sprinkle with Grape Nuts.
