1/2 cup short grain rice
1/2 cup dried lentils
2 cup of broth
1 tbl of salt (if broth unseasoned)
1 x clove of sauteed garlic (optional)
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in an oven safe dish, cover and bake 20-25 minutes (or until liquid is absorbed) at 325 degrees. This can be prepared on top of stove simmering covered on low for 20 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
