8 oz egg noodles
10 oz frozen cauliflower, partially thawed
10 oz frozen broccoli, partially thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup sour cream
1 med onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup Swiss, Muenster or Cheddar
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook noodles; drain, then return to pan. Add cauliflower, broccoli, soup, sour cream, onion, salt and pepper. Add cheese. Mix gently, then transfer to a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
