1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup oil
2 x eggs
----------------- THEN ADD: ----------------
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon extract
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all ingredients together. Drop by teaspoonfuls on lightly greased cookie sheet and flatten with glass dipped in sugar. This is a very soft dough.

Bake at 350F for ten minutes.

Makes about 8 dozen.
