Instructions: Cook and drain squash. In skillet, melt 2 Tablespoons margarine. Add breadcrumbs; coat but do not brown. Set aside. In large skillet, put 3 Tablespoons margarine, add pepper and onions. Cook until tender. Add tomatoes and cheese; cook until melts. Add squash and mix together. Put in baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes.
