Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 oz canned salmon drain, remove skin
and bones
10 oz frozen corn thawed
2 can Italian-style tomatoes 14 1/2 oz each
16 oz clam juice
1/2 cup white rice
1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients except salmon and rice. When liquid simmers, add rice and cook until done. Stir in salmon and heat through. Adjust seasonings and serve. Yummy.

Description: "A quick meal - can be made entirely from items in the pantry."

NOTES : Tuna can be substituted for the salmon. One bottle of clam juice is enough. Use some white wine and water for the extra broth. I added a can of white beans, and some fresh spinach (because I had it). Also, you can change the flavor of the soup by changing the flavor tomatoes you use. I used instant brown rice also, instead of white. If you are really ambitious you can saute some onions and garlic at the beginning of the recipe.
