Instructions: Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until tender.
Meanwhile put the garlic and pine nuts into a mortar and crush them. Transfer them to a bowl and mix with the basil and marjoram. Stir in the oil and water and season with salt. Mash the cheese with a fork add to the herb mixture with the cream. Stir until smooth. Drain the noodles return them to the pan and toss in the butter.
