Instructions: In crockpot (at least 4-5 quart), combine the cider, dry soup mix, thyme and nutmeg. Stir to blend. Add potatoes, celery, green onions, apples and cranberries. Tuck the chicken down into the mixture. Cover and cook on low at least 8 hours, making sure the potatoes are tender.
