2 cup raisins
3/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup buttermilk
3 tbl cornstarch
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp nutmeg
3 x eggs, separated
1/2 cup milk
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine raisins with sour cream, buttermilk, cornstarch, salt, sugar and spices in a saucepan. Stir until well blended. Bring to a boil; cook until thick and remove from heat. Beat egg yolks and milk together. Add to hot mixture, stirring briskly. Return to heat and cook until thickened, stirring the mixture while cooking, about two minutes. Pour into pie shell.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place pie in oven, and watch closely for 15 to 20 minutes, removing when meringue peaks are golden brown.
