1 lb Bulk pork sausage
1 cup Cooked long-grain rice
1/4 cup Fine bread crumbs
2 tbl Butter
2 x Eggs beaten
1 x Celery ribs minced
1 x Garlic clove minced
1 tsp Minced parsley
3/4 tsp Dried thyme
Instructions:
Instructions: Break up sausage and cook in a heavy skillet until it loses its pink color. Pour off all fat and stir in the rice, crumbs, butter, eggs, celery, garlic, parsley, and thyme. Add a few grinds of a pepper-mill and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in nuts. Use to stuff goose or other birds.
